Standard Ground Shipping is Free in the Continental U.S.! (with the exception of Alaska - see bottom of page) Our primary method of shipping is via UPS although we occasionally use FEDEX or DHL. While upgrades such as Priority Mail, 2nd Day and Next Day are available, these upgrades require you to pay the shipping costs. If you need to upgrade your shipping, contact us at customerservice@lightnbreezy.com with the particulars of your request, including your phone number. We will be in contact with you within 8 hours.
Please note that there are no shipping upgrades shown when you check-out. Simply check out using the free shipping option and then contact us as indicated above if you want a shipping upgrade.
We highly recommend that you take advantage of the free shipping option due to the cost of shipping somewhat heavier products such as ceiling fans using a shipping upgrade.
We take pride in serving you by making the time between the placement of your order and the date it ships as brief as possible.
Typically, orders are will be received by you between 7 and 10 business days from the date you placed them. On occasion, certain popular items may be on backorder. We will make every effort to inform you if this is the case and provide you with an approximate shipping date.
We only ship in the continental U.S. If you have any special requirements or any questions about our shipping policies, please call 847-571-3344 between 8 AM and 5 PM CST any weekday.
Any damage during shipment will be your responsiblity to resolve with the shipper.
