Return Policy
All returns must have an approved RMA number. To obtain an RMA number, email support@lightnbreezy.com or call Len Bewersdorf at 847-571-3344 between 8 AM and 5 PM Central any weekday and state the reason for your return. All returns are subject to between a 15% and 25% handling and restocking fee (unless otherwise noted). LightnBreezy.com is not responsible for the return shipping costs and an acceptable carrier must be used such as UPS, FEDEX or the USPS.
All approved returns will be credited back within 30 days minus the restocking fee. No credit will be issued for products shipped back without an approved RMA number.
Damaged and Defective goods
Damaged or defective goods will be replaced or refunded at no cost to the customer.
Customer's Reposibility when Returning Product
Return the product in the original box with sufficient packing material to prevent further damage. The RMA number must be clearly marked and shipping insurance must be obtained. No replacement or refund will be issued without evidence of shipping insurance.
Illiniois Customers
Purchases by customers in Illinois are subject to 6.5% sales tax.
